First;

"Like you, I find most politicians disgusting, but I don't see Government and bureaucrats as a threat by itself, as long as they are controlled by the electorate and the electorate is educated enough to fight for its democratic rights and to remove a Government, when it doesn't serve the public cause."

Comment:

In order for the electorate to remain in control, the decision(s) regarding the financial distribution needs to be removed from both the bureaucrats and the politicians. Once this is accomplished, those that remain on the public "teat", do so with proper conviction towards the electorate.

Second:

"Regarding what happened in Norway the day before yesterday....."

Comment:

What does not yet make sense, at least to me, is how this person, supposedly all alone, was able to plan this incident that was so far removed from the mainland without planning a means of escape, and allowed himself to be captured without any reported defense. It does not make it look like a "Columbine" incident to me.

Haven't got my head around it yet.
