I am also doing DD on the same subject so can't yet answer the history question but I am also curious. Time was short today for everyone I talked too and this was a low priority question for me at this point.

It looked to me on a quick glance like some kind of reverse takeover probably occured with a vend in of a large property package or multiple packages blended with some serious capital raises, all engineered by a group of successfull and experienced mining people and serious mining investors. This is my take so far and it is very preliminary.

I think Coach knows AUM much better than I do and I was planning to call him today to help me out on this a little but never got around to it. He is always willing to help if he can and I haven't talked to him in quite sometime.
