I see a company with a vast portfolio of properties, including one in pre-feasibility, which is only listed since 2009. Surprisingly short existence.

I wonder how and by whom this company was created and who brought in the properties? I will do my own DD over the weekend, but if someone (Coach, GWR) could give a quick brief, because they knew the company, i would welcome that.
