With respect, gildage, I don't think it's necessary to call concerned shareholders "whiners". There are too many unknowns in this deal as of now to be so cavalier.

I'm not interested in owning anything in Peru. I'm generally not interested in a merger with another EPS loser. No one here knows much about the merging management. We do know Altmann has not been interested in owning ECU shares. One mine build-out can chew through 100 million fast. ECU is burning more than they can handle, but AUMN shows a loss of 3.66 per share which is burning at an alarming rate.

People do have a right to civilly express their concerns, their disappointments, their exuberance, and I think they deserve either your silence or your challenge with civility.
