Did some xmas shopping this morning and added a few thousand more shaes to my trading account on this price weakness. I did not think the stock would drop below $1.20 again but perhaps it will close back above later today. I am hoping there was some new shorting that contributed to selloff this week because that is the kind of market action that can supply an explosive rebound in the year year.

There are quite a few people calling for a silver retracement here. That too is nothing new but if we do not get that correction then its game on as specs pile back aboard the bandwagon. And those that claim the silver chart is an unsustainable parabola, I would suggest they scroll back afew more years to note that the metal is just recovering back to the very long term trend line before the distortion of the 1980 peak.

People that never even heard of silver a few years ago are now issuing commentary and advice on how to trade it and most of that is bearish. Some of the same guys that said the bull market was over in 2008 are back with sell recos now. Get to the back of the bus!

Things are never as scary as the bears want us to believe and never as bright as the bulls expect. Buy dips and sell rallies and maintain a solid core holding - you should do fine.
