I would say that there are three main drivers of the one world order idea.

1) Money and power....if you go with them you are guaranteed money and power.

2) The belief that you and your family and those that are part of the inner circle are superior to the rest of humanity.

3) The power of doubling.

The human race will continue to grow and double....the earth can not take one more doubling of the human race... there are not enough natural resources.

The certainty of this has been known to the elite for a long time. They are going to try and keep control so they can have #1 & #2 for as long as possible.

At some point it will have to be at the point of a gun...there will be to many people that will not stand being hungry and will storm the castle...so to speak.
