Perhaps I don't understand this too much but I read that:

1) Total dealer inv = 50.88 MM ozs.

2) There was an adjustment to remove .45 MM ozs.

3) Then I see there are 49 notices to withdraw app .5MM ozs.

So at most the dealer inv. wil drop 1MM ozs to 50MM ozs. or app 2% of the actual inventory.

How can we call this "a massive drain"
