There have been hundreds of complaints of naked short selling of stocks in the US. Many investigations found that ..Yep! There is naked shorting. No convictions. No new regs to stop it.

Politics is dominated by money. Think CFTC. Think Madoff. Banks and big theives have the Big money. Big money owns politicians. Been that way for a looooooooong time.
