Well that would be nice, but not a panacea. It may have the effect of giving a few some confidence and maybe even bring in a new investor or two.

It definetly will not stop a manipulation based on massive shorting. Too easy to have a "partner" make small trades creating an up tic. But the longest journey begins with a single step.
