Uptick Rule To Be Restored?

hi hobbers,

If the SEC reinstates the uptick rule it will be interesting to see what if any affect there would be on Canadian securities since I believe the uptick rule or "last sale rule" as it is known in Canada is still operational. Hopefully someone can clarify and provide some information on the topic.
