Just a reminder to those that may be overlooking the obvious.

Scotia most likely does hold all that silver and it IS AVAILABLE for delivery BUT NOT at this price. They are probably waiting to stock up Toronto, a bit once the price is at $15, and fully by $20+ per ounce. They are no fools.
Same applies to silver stocks, Hold or aquire.
