My request for certs went to the transfer agent on 9/5, but the transfer agent did not grant the certs until late September. In the meantime, other ECU certs were granted, but those granted were for far fewer shares. But they were granted long before mine were. In other words, my cert shares were being held back.

I can't prove this, but I feel the transfer agent was in a bind because of naked shorts on ECU, and therefore could not deliver my shares until the naked shorts covered.

I would urge all ECU shareholders to get their certs asap.
