even if the change of rules only eliminates 'fear' in the retaill sector, it will be worth it, fear of a thing happening is almost as good as the reality. If it has some impact on COT futures the metals will benefit too. Wave 3 in PMs so I'm told is likely to support the miners. I do hope so!
