My understanding too. And I think that Lar will effectively be added to the management's slate. It seems a win-win for both management and shareholders. (Does not give us more gold, but certainly some hope!) GLTA.

(EDIT: I just saw the rejection of the Takefman Proposal by Management... A reeason more why I believe LArry Hoover will be on their slate!)
