Let's take one step back please,

Larry doesn't have the postion, so let's not confuse folks. He's only been nominated......not elected or appointed. He MAY get the chance to run for a postion. A lot depends on how the company deals with these two requests. Even more depends on us shareholders, and if they permit an open call election, without a slate. They could also create an additonal board position or two??

We will need to empower every shareholder to get out the vote. Fortunately there are new rules which permit a circular to be done by means of a specific type of news release. The company also maintains contact with the half dozen largest shareholders and works to get them to vote their way. That lobying may exclude Mr. Hoover. Those of us who have these contacts will need to also lobby.

In 99% of cases, this type of nomination would be an extreme long-shot.

We will need to work hard and we should all contact the company to make our feelings known.
