New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
Hi Lar: you can also add White Tiger Mining (WTC) to the list this morning.
This advance-notice by-law seems in fact to be a popular package, and it may be looked as a good way to protect a company from 'hijack' attempts. But if one is honest, It is obviously and firstly a management protective device!
Shareholders have not many ways to protect the company from being 'besieged' by adhesive management. Slates are usually built up in advance, and disseminated, unorganized small shareholders just have one option most of the time, which is to look at the parade!
However, a retail shareholder has a powerful tool: which is selling its position to-the-minute with no account rendering to anyone! The problem is that we retail do have a tendency to act too slowly, or have blurred vision when comes the time to take action. For instance, when Frank Candido sold his position, it should have triggered a red light!
Blaming management is often a way to cover up our own inepty to act ! We should be honest on that. But when I see well-paid managers stuck to their padded chair, with mitigated results in hands, having liquidated their position, when they hear some roarings from the crowd, readily adopt such a protective by-law ... Well... I feel some fume rising inside.... Just human, sorry! GLTA.
