New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
This move is the straw that breaks the camel's back! What remained of confidence towards the actual management has just went away... I call this protective move a desperate action made by scared officers who do want to lose their job... Nothing more.
I have absolutely nothing against Frank Candido or Sasha Asgary. I am rather sad for them. I think they did their best and were fully dedicated to the company. But they lost, by lack of luck. The high expectations were unfortunately not met. Too bad for them, but more even so for us shareholders. Junior plays - much like professional hockey teams - are dependant on results. As simple as that.
I can give no more credibility to highly paid officers (with perhaps less shares in their portfolio than mine), who dare to hire a lawyer paid by the company to write a hostile, immediatly applicable By-law that put a spoke in the wheels to shareholders who may want to challenge their managing skills!
C'mon guys, no officer, as good or well-intended as he may be, or pretend to be, has a right to rule a company like if it was a Monarchy! Bringing a wind of change will not give us back our invested money, nor will it bring a sudden gold discovery. But it is legitimate and fully expected in the circumstances. Let the democracy rules, sirs! Thanks for your endeavors, and we wish you good luck in your future project...elsewhere!
