I seem to remember a discussion with Frank that indicated one or more of the board members were requesting that the GNH ledger books/finances be organized more effectively. My sense is that the new CFO may be in charge of a financial overhaul that will give the company financial credibility and a more transparent ledger. It also makes sense to select someone closer to home in Quebec.
