For my 5 cents (yes I think we should ditch the penny) it goes back to patience and recongizing the amount of work involved in getting to the next level. I think these guys are honestly doing their best. To me they are aware of their weaknesses and they continue to find either people or companies to fill in the gaps. Much more on top of things than what I have experienced from other juniors.

Looking forward to good things by then end of the year. If sooner, then great but as I said. patience.
