Drilling contracts are highly variable and are often negotiable depending on the client. Some drill contractors include fuel cost, some don't. Some contractors include rig moves or moves of a certain distance, others don't. Moreover, drilling cost are on a sliding scale depending on the depth - again variable.
When a price of $85 is quoted as the drill contractor rate, that will not include the cost of transporting the core to the location where the core will be split and logged. Core cutters and geologist are added cost as are the cost of shipping core to the assay lab and the eventual shipping back to site of excess materials or disposal thereof. If you have a remote location, the company will have to pay for room and board for the geologists and cutters as well as transportation, danger pay and all sorts of other ancillary costs. And what if you have to chopper all of this stuff in! Yikes!
So total drilling cost can get high really really quick. I have heard of Yukon plays with all-in drill cost of $400+ per meter!
Hope that is a good start for your quest.
GNH is lucky as a lot of these hidden added costs do not exist.
