In land development we have a basic cost apportioning we do to quickly rationalize a projects potential without going into extensive cost benefit analysis.
For instance we use a quick reference of $125.00 per square foot for a modest residential home. we use $60.00 for a basic industrial building.... ... we use $1000.00 per meter to service a subdivision.......anyway,
Does anyone know what the figure is that is used as a general guidline for a meter of drilling using diamond core under the 300m depth threshold?. Does the figure include the cost of splitting core, logging and preparation for assay?
I'm trying to get a handle on the amount of drilling a company can undertake given a specific amount available to drill. I have heard the number used at $85.00 per meter of core. Is this representative and what does that generally include?
Curious.........carry
