I managed to get the database search function to work again, and decided to post the link going to the last page for future reference. I found that setting the search date for year beginning with year 2000 helped and was adequate for the purpose of an alphabetic document search.

The treasure chest is in the Security Holder's Documents, and perhaps in the earliest technical report. Another location to look for information is in the Sprott Gold Notes Agreement, where Sprott obtains the right of first refusal to buy all of the gold out of The La Ronge Gold Project, and schedule 2 of that agreement, where the company assets are named based on their lake location, making them searchable using the SMDI. How I imagine the company to proceed is to issue preferred's to stockholders of record on a 30:1 basis, not a reverse split. That would mean you obtain distributions through preferred's and retain voting rights on the common shares, as well as the ability to diversify out if the shares, should that be necessary but retain the preffered's.

And I also believe this has to go down before the end of fiscal 2015, which ends April 30. Considering though how shareholders don't appear to have any consideration, management can delay, delay, delay.
