Saskatchewan's SECRET Gold Mining Development.
via SEDAR - Document Search
A search for any type of escrow agreement under document filings will only get you those documents where shares are meant to be held in escrow after an offering, not whether gold doré bars are held in escrow and what the conditions and liabilities are.
This type of escrow does not fall under the reporting requirements and was not foreseen by lawmakers, thus it remains a loophole where the company, thus the shareholders are bound. By default, this confiscates the project out of the hands of the shareholders.
I would say that this is very typical of dealings under the former managing director. Furthermore, all other aspects of the company, such as grade, reserves, operational status, drill results may fall under this agreement.
As long as this agreement remains undisclosed, the company is essentially a shell company of no value.
However, it might be worthwhile to review certain documents that the company has issued.
SEDAR is an obsolete platform where the search function is archaic, and has not been upgraded since the 1990's.
Enter the company name as follows: Golden Band Resources Inc otherwise the computer can't find the name. Put in th earliest date, so as to get all of the documents.
Once the computer lists all documents, scroll through to get what you're looking for.
Particular attention should be paid to "Securities Holders Documents" July 7, 2006 and Sept 11 2014
