You will notice that no proxy form was mailed with the management circular, nor any instructions on voting your proxy. The proxy form is actually available on SEDAR.

Get in contact with customer service at your brokerage. Make sure to call during business hours.

Ask them for a 'CONTROL NUMBER' so that you may 'VOTE YOUR PROXY.' Be very specific what you ask for.

They will put you on hold. It may take some time to generate the number.

Then go to the following website:

https://www.cstvotemyproxy.com/welcome.action

Follow instructions, though you may have to wind up faxing the proxy form after downloading it and printing it out if this method does not work.

You may find that no meeting is associated with the control number.

The time limit for voting your proxy is fast approaching.
