I asked the question to see what problems others might be having and to make sure my thinking was correct. So 30,000 GAX should have netted me 1,500 RXX.

I am with BMO also where this problem exists. I manage an account for my daughter who is with TD. Her correct number of Red Ore are showing in her account.

If GAX sent out shares of RXX to the proper shareholders, and that included BMO customers, what could possibly prevent them from showing up in our accounts? So did BMO ever recieve them? I'm responsible to phone and will, but I'd like to phone where the problem exists. Seems I'll have to start with BMO????
