I'm in the exact same boat as LuckyM - I'm expecting shares (albeit not that many, but above the minimum), but have not yet received.

Have most folks recieved their shares?

For those that received them already: Are they automatically assigned in your trading account or on paper through mail? Is it possible that my broker is holding them through the restricted period?
