Carry - your recommendation is a great one and certainly a nomination I and other Agora participants would support wholeheartedly (IMHO).

My only hold-up is- does Larry want to take this on. We have seen from his tireless efforts he is very active on a number of fronts and I am sure he will have to make some tough choices moving forward so that he does not over extend himself.

Larry - you are a beacon for many of us here and on other boards and I can only wish you the best on all your ventures. If this is something you would consider and enjoy then I am sure you will have no problem showing the present BOD the high regard with which you are held - not only for your knowledge, but also the presentation of that knowledge in a straight forward manner so that investors can have more information with which to expand their DD without any influence on their ultimate decision to invest.

You do great work and I appreciate what it has done to make me a better investor.
