In the recent Private Placement for our company, A good friend and incredibly knowledgeable investor brought many of us together in an effort to begin the rebuilding of GAX. We are gratefull for Larry Hoover's hard work and insight.

We, as some of the new shareholders, requested that Larry Hoover's name be included in the circular for the unpcoming AGM for an appointment to the Board of Directors. His experince and invaluable accumen will be of great benefit to all shareholders and we strongly encourage our fellow owners to support his appointment. With shareholder support and renewed energy we will all work rebuild this company to take advantage of the opportunities we have before us.
