I'll be the first to agree that the Co's history of past missdeeds is extensive but you have to examine each new piece of evidence seperate and apart for the rest. It's quite possible that Dick stumbled upon something that actually works quite by accident. It's like the biggest Dyk you know getting the 649 winning ticket # in a fortune cookie, what can you do ?
