Several Hubs are also being bombarded with supposed new members who use Proxy Ipls and post spam concerning a certain penny stock blog. These messages are immediately removed and the poster banned. However, they do often manage to downgrade HLs and send insulting PMs as well. Agoracom is definitely on the case and hopefully they can find a way to spop these folks from joining in the first place. Your sugestions would if implimented go a long way in improving the rating system.
