When a ban on a user is imposed, an admin will block the user's last known IP address. This will prevent that member from creating a new profile from the same IP location.

Unfortunately, as many measures our developers can come up with, you will find that a very small number of members may find themselves back onto the Community's discussion forums - one can use an IP masker, or simply login from another location.

We are always looking to support our members - as such if you do come across any abuse of our systems, you are invited to report that behavior/user by using the violation report tool, or contacting an admin via our general inbox.
