What an excess of riches you NOT folks have. You guys have more el presidentes than we have total posters and by a very large number. How do so many get to be Hub Leaders? Most of the boards have less than 10 as far as I can tell and some have only one. If some posters are seriously breaking the six commandments of the Agoracom Forum then they need to be cast from the mountain by being suspended or expelled from the Forum. Report these posts as violations and, if it continues, request that the messages be removed. If these offenders still do not get the message they should be tossed.

I don't know why any Hub, even one as obviously large and prestigious as the NOT Hub, would need more than 10 or so Hub Leaders. Ask the Agoracom managers to set a desired number of Hub Leaders and then drop off those leaders who are no longer taking an active role in managing the board. It looks like an awful lot of your leaders are failing to lead.

Just a thought. By the way some of us could really use more posters, send us some of your overflow, but no more Hub Leaders por favor.
