Thank you for your inquiry. To clarify, we have seriously looked into an application that will allow Hub Leaders to move any message from the main discussion board to the off topic board. We intended on launching this feature last week however during the beta testing, we discovered some significant glitches with this application. As such the feature won't be available with this series of upgrades (we will be updating our site this week).
