Agoracome, I wrote you yesterday (it may still be in your inbox) about some people getting all their posts deleted and ending up with negative activity ratings.

I hope you didn't / won't take offence about my suggestions. Some people I had in mind are pietschgroup (spelling?) and kid.

I can understand deleting a post that is a liability or something of the kind, and I also understand that you are earning money from the companies that partciipate in that way. We are enthusiastic about Agoracom and wish you nothing but success.

I'd like to suggest that giving someone a negative score or making it impossible to search the posts they made on other boards with no relevance to an errant post might be counterproductive. You also end up with a bunch of other ragged-end posts referencing the missing one.

I hope that some middle ground can be found there.
