while I totally agree that Smith should be a more active voice in promoting the assets, many have tried in the past to get Smith to be more active and even offer guidance and they were rejected. 

Mgmt doesn't seem to want shareholders telling them how to run FNC. Even if the advice is good and required.

hes 82 years old and a great geologist but promotion, administration and monetizing assets requires a totally different set of skills. Many here believe he doesn't possess these skills.

but keep trying, you never know!!!
