doesnt seem to be very effective! No interest generated, I think Smith just threw away $1,500 to appease this board. 

There must be a large shareholder allowing this crap storm to continue. This just doesn't make sense otherwise? Why would shareholders allow a company to treat them this way? 

Any ideas out there?
