I notice that the "five-year" prefix is absent in this year's Circular.

Was this omission intentional? Were those who drafted it hoping that this ommision would go unnoticed in whuich case it would be ratified automatically as is (i.e. no longer having an expiry date of 1/24/2016).

If that is the case, then this is a serious problem and needs to be known by and addressed by all FNC shareholders.

As far as I am aware/concerned, those consulting agreements having now been expired and are thus a moot point. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Please comment as to whether those contracts will be extended automatically if we don't take any further action.
