Those contracts (Peter Smith and Debra Champman) expired earlier this year did they not?

"Mr. Smith entered into a five year consulting agreement with the Company in connection with his position as President of the Company effective January 24, 2011...

Ms. Chapman entered into a five year consulting agreement with the Company in connection with her position as CFO of the Company effective January 24, 2011."

Whilst ,

Mr. Kamaleddine entered into a five year consulting agreement with the Company in connection with his position as Vice President, Research and Development of the Company effective November 1, 2012.

So his is good until Nov 1st , 2017
