Hello Luker.

Another related question to last part of your fourth question (“Does the property default completely back to FNC?”) came to my mind (even before you raised it):

Did Fancamp have the foresight to put a clause into its contractual agreement with Bold obligating Bold, in the event of a default, to hand over (besides the property) all its millions-of-dollars-worth of Exploratory Documentation?
