Does KWG have the funds to meet the option agreements for this property?

Will FNC extend the date for the next option payment of $700,000 and/or the timeline for the remaining $2.2 million expenditure , or will KWG lose the option completely?

Will FNC look to another potential optionee (ie. Probe as From_Sudbury has postulated might be a good idea), or will KWG look to JV with another partner such as Probe?

If KWG drops the FNC option, does the option automatically revert back to Bold who then decides on these matters, or does the property default completely back to FNC?
