From_Sudbury, You are right. My comment should have said "many" and not "all" we shareholders. The constant badgering I refer to has indeed accomplished something in that this board is now VERY well aware of the displeasure of many of its shareholders and just perhaps now that they are VERY aware, things will change. A one cent rise in the share price will certainly more than cover your portion of any costs incurred. If a financing is called for it surely was in the works in any event and not as a direct result of any proxy contest. JMO the deputy
