I believe Pat has 5.1M shares He wont say who he would vote for but I doubt that he will vote for Peter. I am very impressed with the cv's of the proposed new board I believe as a group they have more shares than Peter's board and have more money invested in FNC than Peter et al I am impressed that the new board have been willing to get involved because they are convinced that the company is undfevakued and there is an opportunity to make a lot of money as well as participate in a well managed company I have never been impressed with Peter;s interest in a higher stock price He seems to be quite content to collect his salery and raise money through dilution to fund his exploratory projects which as a geologist he loves He also seems not to have any problem helping the MF crowd make money on the backs of the share holders
