Agreed, but FSG (Fancamp Shareholder Group) is shorter and still convey the same meaning.
As indicated, KWG and PRB have similar groups, they called themselves KSU (KWG Shareholder United) and PSU (PRB Shareholder United). However their primary objectives are different. They have an easier job than us, since their first priority is to provide support to management, if required (KSU has 10+% OS, and PSU has 13+% OS). We are concerned about hostile TO by other companies, and 10+% is some significant voting block to be reckoned with. At least, we can block (or slow down) a compulsary tendering. We also have other objectives in mind (there are all kinds of suggestion to maximize the values of the companies, but so far no "accountability" has been raised) but they are secondary.
In FNC situation, the objectives are in reverse order. The primary objective is to "confront" management that they have not done a good job in the "accountability" front. And as you indicated, we may want to get across some other points, such as to provide management support during a hostile TO, etc.
