As Rago said, at what price?

I would agree that CHM management could/would do a better job, but if the take over is at the expense of FNC shareholders, then it would not be a good thing for us. FNC is such a tasty target for everybody, including CHM (what about RGX?, they can get FNC cash and 9M of its shares, along with Magpie, etc. in a TO).

I would worry about a creeping TO by CHM, like in the case of IVN being taking over by Rio (currently has 51% of IVN, and more after exercising its rights) in which IVN shareholders appear to be holding the short end of the stick.
