Hi Lar,

Good points. Yes, listing takes time.. first we need assays, then a resource study can be compiled (btw. I can't see how this could be done concurrently).

However, I think your two greatest concerns (> 200 shareholders and 20% in possession of public), if not met by just doing the IPO, would in my view be easily met by spinning of a part of the Magpie shares to FNC shareholders, as planned.
