Hello All,

I've been interested in the prospect of the Magpie IPO.

In the recent MD&A, Fancamp mentions that the IPO would be performed "by year end", which I assume is 2011.

On the new website, a welcome change, the Magpie heading mentions a planned IPO in Spring 2012.

This means we have to wait another quarter for a realization of some profits from the Magpie Spinoff?

Personally I was hoping Fancamp could split things up quicker, to avoid the potential for a fire-sale takeover price. By splitting up, an interesting company would need to take over two distinct entities.

Is there any concrete date for the IPO? Or do we just wait - more.....
