Apparently there is a nominee (Mr. Li Lin to represent Bao Steel?) for NOT BoD. My guess would be that NOT, with Bao Steel as a deep-pocket insider, would go for FNC first (dirt cheap) to consolidate the real estate next door to Eagles and Blackbirds (also to box CLF in,... CLF need to get in and out of their proposed Black Thor site). In addition, Bao Steel would not mind having more chromite and Fe (17% of CHM), etc. Next on the list would be PRB and KWG (best chromite quality which can be shipped directly to guess where (at least initially...they can talk about the smelter later). Guess who has the RR lined up. The combination of NOT/FNC/PRB/KWG would box CLF in completely (make it more "land-lock")...This may not be a bad position to be in for some tete-a-tete with CLF for some synergy. It would be no surprise to see some agument first and then kiss and make up later in the business world.

If I won the $40M jackpot I would scoop up the entire FNC to shake this thing up a bit. Anyone wants to join in to shake a few trees?
