Folks, my appologies if you see a duplicate post. I pushed the button but nothing seemed to happen. So here it is a "re-post" with some minor revisions (e.g. Argex should be RGX, as corrected in this post).

TeleProbe,

The main reason seems to be that management does not know how to promote the company. They may have excellent team of geologists, but the communication skills, in plain language, for non-technical people such as shareholders, potential investors especially bankers whose attention span is very short) is very poor. In addition, the PR firm they hire to enhance the communications did not seem to provide effective "translation" (e.g. see the latest NR). The poorly written NRs and out-dated website are good indicators of the non-effectiveness of FNC Management/Investor Relations.

Anyway, I just went over FNC website and other links where other information is kept. My initial assessment is that management has not put too much importance on Investor’s Relations and FNC website needs a complete make-over to bring it up to industry standard and make it more user-friendly. Some initial comments are given below. Since I can’t find an e-mail address for the company, I would appreciate very much if some of you who live in the Vancouver area could call up the company and pass along the comments. It would be costly for me to call them up from the other side of the country.

Comments:

Information for all properties is grouped in a separate link, that has no connection with the main site. Not all the tabs on the top bar are active .

- News and properties tabs: Not active. These 2 are important items that investors would normally look for. News should be put under IR (as discussed below). “Properties should be put under a separate tab with drop-down menu with active links for each property. And this should be on the main page rather in a separate (and stand-alone) link as provided below which has no connection to the main website. You will find that there are quite a bit of information for all properties, including ownership of CHM, etc.

http://www.fancampexplorationltd.ca/FNC_All_Properties.html

- Link tab: A strange place to put “Corporate Presentation” which is about out-dated. An up-to-date Corporate Presentation is a must, and many companies have a monthly update. The best location for it would be under Investor Relations (IR). A drop-down menu should contain items like Corporate Presentation, Investor Brief case, NRs. Some companies would put the Corporate Presentation on the front page of the website.

- Google tab: there is no need to provide this link on the company website. Besides, it did not appear to work by clicking on it. You would need to skip one blank tab and click on the arrow at the RHS. This tab is useless and it takes up valuable “real estate” of the page.

- Contact tab: Has 3 names Chapman, Smith and the D’Amico of Bay Street Connection. Telephone numbers are provided, but no contact e-mails. No e-mail contact in this modern age is a sin! It shows that the company does not have a clue about the most convenient way to communicate given various time zones where investors/shareholders reside.

- The main website: I am not anti Canadian at all, but the “.com” is more popular than “.ca”. This is international business and FNC would need to go with the flow. Another strange thing is that the domain name also has “ltd” included. Why not just stay with simple name like www.fancampexploration.com or some simple variation such as www.fncexploration.com, etc. (note: these are fictitious FNC links, hence they would not lead to the company website). The current website is not easy to find.

- Magpie: There is no need to provide an insolated link for this property. It may be a special one, but it would be easier for people to find under the same properties tab within the drop-down menu.

- Stoke property: This appears to be a promising property as indicated in the 21 Sept 2011 NR, 6.4 m @7.29% Cu at shallow depth is a good find. But the PR company Bay Street Connection re-writing did not seem to bring this out. The good stuff is buried deep in “Gold and Base Metals in Southern Quebec” near the end of the NR. They could have a separate NR with a headline “6.4m intercept @7.29% Cu at Stoke property” and list whole bunch of drill results in a table to show the extent of the high grade discovery at shallow depths for several holes. This is excellent result, why not flaunt it?

In summary, the website was poorly designed and would need a complete make-over. See CHM for a good example of webpage design and the substantive information available on that website. FNC has 17% stake in CHM (and some 9M shares of Argex, RGX, and royalty?). All these, along with Magpie and Stoke should be advertised on the front page and in the Corporate Presentation. There is no reason for FNC and its PR firm to be shy.
