what is the matter with these guys.

peter hops into bed with anybody that asks.

how do you take 5M on best efforts basis for a month at a value that is below market.

why not put the effort in to sell the company and get it up to $1 buck.

why not get argex free and clear and use those shares as capital when u need it.

totally total disagree with this move.
