Given the excellent recent drill results for Chromite recently and the position of FNC's claims it's not unlikely that any 'Major' coming in to fund full out drilling to prove up Chromite would want FNC to 'come on board' with others.

Noront has it's hands full drilling it's own properties soa FNC connection with a 'Major' would be a better deal for everyone. Conserves cash and adds a certain respectability to enhance share price in the market.
